Child Care Orlando FL

Aunt Delores' Child Care was established in 1967 by a mother of 7 needing to be home for her children and make an income for the family.  Delores Johnson, owner, operator and founder was a self-motivated and driven mother.  She opened the Orlando child care business with only 5 children (12 including her own), and over the years, her preschool in Orlando has been licensed for as many as 150 children.

Through the years the Department of Children and Families (DCF) have gone through many changes in training requirements and children’s needs.  Aunt Delores' has always met or exceeded the requirements of the state and has gone beyond the required teaching of the children.

On August 14th, 2006, Aunt Delores retired and sold the business to her daughter, Tonia Myers and she now runs the business as "The 2nd generation." Aunt Delores' is licensed for 51 children and is on its 3rd generation of families. Due to its integrity and outstanding business record, the center has always developed business by word of mouth.

Our mission is to continue offering the love, quality and integrity of child care in Orlando FL that has kept us in business for the past 44 years.
